The seller is great, however, the sofa is losing air. Gradually.

The product was inexplicably covered in pink paint, and my report of this issue was not addressed.

The product was delivered, though the packaging had some damage, the items inside appeared to be undamaged. The delivery was delayed (arrived after the estimated timeframe),and the tracking updates were confusing (showed as initially posted, then rejected for security reasons and returned to the seller, followed by a status of "seller preparing item" for about two weeks until the item was finally received). I contacted the seller multiple times about the tracking, but the responses were consistently "I'll check tomorrow /later," with no further communication until I followed up, receiving the same delayed response each time.
