The item arrived well-packaged, however, I'm unable to open it. I've tried twisting, and I've even translated the instructions, but I still can't open the compass. It seems tightly sealed on both sides. Can anyone offer assistance?

The item arrived quickly. The purchase was made in the USA on June 16th, with a delivery date of July 6th. The packaging was good, offering protection. I am happy that no customs fees were charged.
