This is a great product! The shipping speed is acceptable too. However, the delivery service has been experiencing numerous difficulties. I am optimistic that the delivery problems will be resolved promptly.

The product is of good quality and serves its purpose. However, the seller is not honoring their commitment. They stated they would include a carrying case as a complimentary item, but they failed to do so.
