The product is perfect and matches the description, but the delivery was a problem. It was supposed to be a combined shipment, with guaranteed delivery within 10 days, but the company Ecoscooting didn't meet the deadline. They send you an email saying it's out for delivery, which is FALSE, and the next day they send another one saying you were absent and the delivery couldn't be made. This is how they justify the delays with the supplier, and it's a lie; they lack professionalism. In the end, I received it 6 days after the expected date. As long as they continue working with Ecoscooting, I will have to stop buying from .
