The shoes appear to be both comfortable and of good quality. Based on the photos, everything seems to be in order. I wear a size 46, and this size seems right. A size 45.5 would have been ideal, but with an insole, they should fit perfectly fine! It's only a minor issue, but that's all there is to complain about!
