This is the only waist shaper that I know of that is actually effective. It provides real tummy control. I will share pictures showing how I use my waist shaper.

The order was placed on September 21st and arrived on October 20th. The quality is good. It fits well, considering my hip measurement is 92cm and my waist is 71cm. However, it would be an improvement if the panties had a higher waist. When bending over, the top occasionally folds down along one line.
